RUNStrong is a structured, year-round strength program for runners aimed at improving running performance, reducing injury risk, and building stronger, more agile runners. Appropriate for any level and training program (from 5k-marathon).
Dates/times: October 6 (start date)- Continuing Year-Round Mondays + Wednesdays (5:15-6:15pm)
Age range or other demographic details: 18+
Cost:
RUNStrong (Small-Group Personal Training)
- 2 workouts per week ($120 per month, $600 for 6 months)
- 1 workout per week ($65 per month/ $350 for 6 months)
RUNStrong+ (Private/ Semi-Private Training -1-4 athletes per class - 2 workouts per week)
- 3 months ($180 per month)
- 6 months ($160 per month)
- 12 months ($140 per month)
