Vendor Registration

On behalf of the St. Luke’s Care Management Educational Retreat Committee, I invite you to participate as a vendor at our Third Annual Care Management Educational Retreat. The retreat will be held for 3 days: Tuesday, October 14th, Wednesday, October 15th, and Thursday, October 16th at the St. Luke's Sacred Heart Campus located at 421 Chew Street in Allentown, PA. 

You will receive a 6-foot exhibit table to be displayed in a designated vendor space with set times for attendees to visit your space between 8:00am-1:30pm.  Please note that the 240+ Network Care Management employees will each be attending the retreat on one of the three days, allowing for approximately 80 employees attending the retreat each day.

Cost:

• Per day- $500
  
• All 3 days- $1,200
