What:  St. Luke’s PlayFit kids classes and summer camps

Who:  Boy and Girls ages 6 – 10

Location: St. Luke's SportsPlex

What: Our PlayFit kids program offers a fun and engaging way for kids to learn movement skills, sports skills, and exercise basics through games and play. Your child will learn a variety of skills, including jumping, landing, skipping, running, catching, and fundamental exercises like squatting, lunging, pushing, and pulling. Experienced coaches will also lead them in following instructions, teamwork, and problem-solving, creating a well-rounded experience. Our PlayFit program is focused on building healthier, stronger, and more confident kids.

When:

  • Spring Class April 22nd  thru May 31st  Mondays & Wednesdays 5:15-6:15 pm
  • Fall Class September 9th  – October 18th  Monday & Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm
  • Summer camps Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Week 1 June 11th – 13th   
Week 2 July 16th - 18th   
Week 3 August 6th - 8th
