St. Luke's Sports Medicine and Salisbury Intro to Sports Performance Camp

When: Saturday August 9, 2025, 9am-12pm

Where: Salisbury High School Stadium and Weight Room

Who: All male and female athletes aged 10-13

Cost: $40 per athlete

Outline: Athletes will be introduced to proper warm-up techniques, sports performance and intervention. Athletes will participate in on-field testing (speed, power and agility), movement training techniques, and understanding of proper strength training basics.  The program will be completed with nutrition overview and sports performer technology.
