Power Up Custom Strength Training
Individualized Strength Training for Athletes of All Levels
Power Up Custom Strength Training is an ongoing, coach led strength and conditioning program designed to help athletes get stronger, move better, and train with confidence. Participants will train in a small group setting, with exercises scaled up or down to the individual athletes’ needs. These sessions are guided by credentialed performance coaches.
This is an ongoing monthly program with flexible weekly training options and structured, progressive coaching.
What Is Power Up Custom Strength Training?
Power Up Custom Strength Training is built for athletes who want consistent, structured development beyond seasonal camps or short-term programs. Athletes train multiple times per week using customized strength programs that match their age, experience level, and sport demands.
Strength, power and mobility, all key factors in an individual’s athletic performance, are emphasized in every session.
This is not a one-time clinic. It is a monthly, ongoing training program designed to support athletic growth year-round.
Who This Program Is For
- Youth and middle school athletes
- Athletes new to strength training
- Athletes looking to improve strength, speed, and durability
- Athletes who want consistent, supervised training year round
No prior strength training experience is required.
Training Schedule Options
Athletes may attend sessions that best fit their weekly schedule.
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
- Tuesdays & Thursdays:
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm
- 7:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 10:00am
Athletes attend the number of weekly sessions included in their selected training package. This is a flexible, ongoing program.

How It Works
- Enroll online in the Power Up Custom Strength Training program
- Select the number of weekly training sessions
- Enter a preferred first training date
- Our coaching staff will confirm details and guide your athlete through their first session
Athletes may begin training at any point during the month.

- All sessions are coach led from start to finish
