The sleeve features lifelike skin texture and integrated tubing that allows learners to practice needle insertion, catheter advancement, and securement techniques in a safe, repeatable environment. Its strap on design provides realistic movement and patient interaction, helping learners build confidence in IV access skills.

Instructions for Use: 

1. Place the IV insertion sleeve on the simulated patient’s arm or secure it to another trainer according to the session setup.
   
2. Ensure the sleeve is positioned firmly and that the internal tubing is properly connected to the simulated fluid system if used.
   
3. Gather necessary supplies, including IV catheters, tourniquets, alcohol pads, gloves, and securement materials.
   
4. Apply a tourniquet and identify the simulated vein track within the sleeve.
   
5. Practice IV insertion, catheter threading, and securement following proper clinical technique and training objectives.
   
6. Remove the catheter and reset the sleeve as needed for repeated practice.
   
7. Prepare the sleeve for the next learner by repositioning straps and checking tubing alignment.
