Cost: $35.00 each class.

Baby yoga and massage is a combination of gentle yoga inspired poses, songs, nurturing touch, and parent engagement that supports our little ones social, emotional and physical development.  This one-hour class is designed to build baby’s body awareness through touch and movement.  Additional benefits include that it aids in digestion, fosters deeper sleep patterns, strengthens the parent-child bond and helps baby unwind in the months following their birth.  

Ages: 8 weeks-Pre-Crawling 

Dates/times: Every other Friday from 9am-10am classes start March 27th

This class is self-pay only; we do not bill insurance. Payment is due at time of registration. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time.
