Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at St. Luke's 4th Annual Care Management Educational Retreat!

The retreat will be held for 3 days: Tuesday, October 13th, Wednesday, October 14th, and Thursday, October 15th at the St. Luke's Sacred Heart Campus located at 421 Chew Street in Allentown, PA. 

Retreat attendees will consist of 250+ SLUHN and Star Community Health FQHC-LA employees in the various departments that make up our Network Care Management service line.  Employees will each be attending the retreat in person on one of the three days, allowing for approximately 80-90 employees attending the retreat each day.

Set up time for the event can start as early as 7:30AM.  The staff will have the opportunity to visit the vendor tables from 8:00AM - 8:30AM during the registration, during the designated morning break from 10:00AM - 11:00AM, and during their lunch hour from 12:30PM - 1:30PM.  You are welcome to leave at that time or sit in on any of the afternoon sessions.

Your exhibitor fee allows us to provide this valuable education to our St. Luke’s and Star Community Health Care Management staff and better meet the needs of our patients.

• $600 for 1 day
• $1100 for 2 days
• $1,500 for all 3 days

This fee includes:

• 6-foot table and table linen will be provided to display your company’s information (you are welcome to bring your own linen if preferred).
  
• Conference participants will be able to view your exhibitor information and network during morning registration, morning break and lunch break.
  
• Exhibitors will be referenced in the retreat packet and looping slide show throughout each day in the main auditorium. Please feel free to share your company’s logo (PNG or JPG format) with Julie Wentzel: Julie.Wentzel@sluhn.org
• Lunch for up to (2) exhibitor representatives will be included. There is also a hospital cafeteria available for personal purchases.
  
• If you will be joining us for more than one retreat day, we will provide you with a secure location to store your items needed overnight.
