Clinic Description: 

• Baseline testing (Vertical Jump, 10-yd acceleration, pro-agility) with results shared with coaches and parents
• Warm-ups & movement prehab Dynamic movement, joint mobility drills (hips/ankles/T-spine/shoulders), ladder drills
• Sprint technique & change of direction (first step, angles, safe/quick decel, linear + lateral speed drills)
• Plyometrics & rotational power (age-appropriate progressions, med-ball work)
• Strength & mobility (simple, teachable drills coaches can keep using)
