A strength showdown between the 5 New Jersey St. Luke's affiliated high schools. The competition will include bench, squat, and deadlift. Awards are given in multiple categories. All athletes from Belvidere, Phillipsburg, Warren Hills, Delaware Valley, and Warren Tech are invited! 

Dates/times: Saturday, June 21st Check-in starts at 9 AM

Location: Belvidere High School (809 Oxford St, Belvidere, NJ, 07823)  

Age range or other demographic details: High School aged athletes (ages 14-18 years old).  

Cost: $30

 Notes: MUST show high school student ID at the door to participate.
